Adeodato Vigano, President

A native of Italy, Adeodato (Chicco) founded Circuits, LLC in 2008. He personally designed Circuit’s 50,000 square foot facility to create a highly efficient and quality conscious work flow within the manufacturing area.  He also handpicked the industry’s brightest and most capable professionals as his senior staff to insure a quality product and offer customers peace of mind and comfort in knowing that we are committed to being your best supplier.  It’s not unusual to see Chicco roll up his sleeves and get involved with sales, production and engineering. His personal commitment and dedication is evident in every product we ship.

Chicco holds an MS degree in Industrial Technologies Engineering from the University of Milan, where he prepared his thesis on the subject of powder metallurgy and sintering of high alloy steels. Chicco moved to the US in 1985 and joined the Printed Circuit Board Division of Compunetics Inc., as Production Manager eventually being named Division Manager and later PCB Manufacturing Operations Manager for the company. Chicco proudly became a citizen of the United States in 2008.

Constance F Michael, CPA, CFO

Connie holds a BS in Business Administration from Robert Morris University with advanced studies in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. With nearly 30 years experience in her field, Connie brings both maturity and a sure grasp of prudent financial strategy to her role as CFO. Prior to joining Circuits, Connie spent 14 years serving as the Controller, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary of a large manufacturing corporation, as well as the Trustee of the corporate retirement plan. Connie is a CPA and member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Don Anderson, Quality Assurance Manager

As Quality Assurance Manager, Don’s contributions are crucial to achieving the highest quality finished products with absolute conformance to customer specifications. His expertise in ISO quality systems, development and management of QMS protocols/procedures and IAW IPC compliance has enabled Circuits to implement one of the most rigorous design-through-delivery quality regimens in the business. Don is a seasoned pro with 12 years in the PCB manufacturing industry and a BS in Mechanical Engineering. In addition, he is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer and ASQ Certified Quality Auditor.

Lori Vidra, VP Marketing and Sales

Lori is a multi-faceted professional with 25 years of experience in the electronics industry. She began her career as a PCB designer, after 4 years in design, she moved to sales, eventually rising to the post of National Sales Manager for a full-turnkey PCB manufacturer. Prior to coming to Circuits, she served for 14 years as a Product Marketing Manager for Texas Instruments. She holds a BS in Business Marketing, an AS in Computer Science and an AS in Drafting and Design.

Jerry Knox, Sr. Process Engineer

Jerry manages Circuits’ CAM area, overseeing DRC (design rule check) procedures, panelization and manufacturability assurance as well as artwork panelization, photoplotting, and contact printing. Jerry is a graduate of the School of Computer Technology majoring in Applied Business Programming. He has also received certifications in Cadence/Allegro PCB Design. Jerry’s 27 years of experience cover CAM, CAD and cross-functional skills in project management, AOI, Drilling/routing and Quality Control in the PCB manufacturing industry.

Mike Greenaway, Sr. Process Engineer

An expert in multi-layer lamination and PCB materials (flex and rigid), Mike manages the imaging area of Circuits. A University of Pittsburgh graduate with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Fundamentals of Engineering certification, coupled with more than 13 years PCB manufacturing industry experience, Mike is well-versed in the manufacture of highly complex printed circuit boards. His experience in imaging and shop processes such has HAL, drilling and routing, make Mike an integral part of the Circuits team.

Mike Kirby, Sr. Process Engineer

Mike directs all mechanical process control and computer operations at Circuits. A multi-talented individual, he brings 25 years PCB manufacturing experience to the team. Mike manages electrical test, laser operations, CNC/CAM programming, and IT/Network support throughout the Circuits facility.  Mike holds a BS in Computer Information Science from Robert Morris University, a two year post-secondary degree in Machine Technology and a certificate in CNC programming.

Brian Kaboly, Sr. Process Engineer

Brian is the lead engineer for all chemical processes at Circuits. With a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, Brian brings more than 15 years of PCB manufacturing experience to the Circuits organization. Brian manages all wet processes including electroless copper plating, electroplating, etching, developing, ENIG plating, and water treatment. Brian’s expertise was vital in the design of our water treatment system, and he is personally committed to ensuring Circuits’ dedication to a greener environment.
